1st Energy Economics and Energy Engineering Conference

The 1st Energy Economics and Energy Engineering Conference (EEEC?) was held at Kyushu University`s I2CNER from July 30 – August 1, 2025.

This conference emerges as the formalisation of a series of inter-laboratory workshops and exchanges between Kyoto University, Kyushu University and Ritsumeikan University over recent years. 

4 students from our lab participated – Takako and Zun (Doctoral Students); Mark (Post-doc); and Kazumichi (recently graduated Master`s). 

They put together some very good presentations on their research, and Takako won a presentation award!

Next year it will be held at Ritsumeikan.
